Alester Cook

I have over seven years of experience working with students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. I began my career as a writing consultant at the University of Michigan’s writing center before becoming a workshop coordinator. For the past three years, I have worked as an independent writing coach, supporting doctoral candidates in the humanities and social sciences as they navigate the complexities of thesis and dissertation writing.
