Define e-government and give some examples of how a government department could use technology to interact with citizens social media (pros and cons), on-line discussions, blogs, e-petitions etc.
After defining e-government, give some examples from any country, perhaps from your own experience. Try to find a variety. There are lots of things going on! You can, of course use examples from the lecture and/or the reading. If you are stuck, think about your own interactions with any sort of public sector organisation.
