Option 1: List how contemporary presidential campaigns have used social media as a campaign tool. Do you consider social media as a successful tool? Explain your answer. Do you see social media as an unsuccessful tool? Explain your answer and provide examples.

Contemporary Presidential campaigns have been using social media as a tool to do their campaign and spread their ideologies. During the 21st century, this can be idealized that social media has been one of the basic tools that have been creating access for the voters so that they can share their attention, their understanding, and their views. Thus, to focus on different tools, social media can be an integral tool based on creating a successful campaign, in recent times. As a result, social media mainly focuses on allowing the candidates to create a connection with all the active voters to learn personal things. The Presidential candidates mainly found the postings that eventually includes the family, to learn about the sporting events and to work on community services. As a result, research has delivered about the learnings stating that potential candidates have been allowed to vote that uses social media, as these changes connect to learning about the personal level rather than understanding the political level. Thus, social media is a way that can create an expression to learn about the pinion and the thoughts which are developed to share political information. The social media platform is Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube which takes the attention of the people and the voters so that this can help in raising money. According to the research, by the year 2012, Obama raised his money, through the campaign that broke his fundraising with a top score. Research stated that $690 million was raised into the Obama fund that includes social media, website donations, and anything things was accelerated by the Presidential campaign through social media (Greenberg & Page, 2018).

In my opinion, I would like to mention that social media is one of the successful tools that can deal to influence and raise funds in the contemporary presidential campaign social media. As this is one of the intriguing entrance platforms for readers to learn about the significance to raise contemporary Presidential campaigns. This encourages you to subscribe to Be and watch live streaming to get all the information that is required. Thus, social media is as significant as this acts as a weapon, to describe an efficient approach to win the people and support them. Therefore, this often rates a social network to obtain the idea of today’s world that includes elderly people, the ones who are interested in using social media, so that things can be spread about the contemporary presidential campaign.

On the other hand, social media also have certain negative roles to draw attention to opposing presidential candidates to develop a campaign. Therefore, a presidential campaign is often used to create negative feelings that oppose the party on a stronger campaign that can praise their party. Moreover, the presidential campaign is used by Barack Obama and Donald Trump to spread their welfare and understanding. While the negative end of social media mainly focuses on creating memes and tantrums on social media platforms to mimic the political parties (Knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu 2020). The negativity is mainly based on advertising, television sets, Internet and criticized the effectiveness to control the counter-act.

The research mentioned that social media is standing on a transitional note to deal with a technological reliance to learn about society, and to give the main information. Based on the information social media mainly gives but the news to develop presidential election. Thus, social media plays a vital role to give up presidential elections. Thus, social media plays a significant role to learn the political campaigns, which can be dangerous and can act as a good tool to appreciate the large audience so that they can reach the mass and learn about the contemporary presidential campaign.
