D3.1: Discussion 3.1 – The Soundtrack of Your Life
Based on the quiz, my result was likely to be based on the result of- Existentialism/Humanism/Romanticism. This quiz tells about the educational leaders of philosophy, which includes A.S Neil, Maria Montessori, and Maxine Greene. Moreover, from this result, I could identify my learning skills to be a student-focused philosophy, where learning about an integral part mainly analysis based on the human desire to learn.
Thus, from the result, I have articulated the teachers who have been playing a significant role in creating an environment related to the spark to place an inquiry related to the student who is required to choose and learn. Based on this quiz, I would want to disclose in detail the student’s behavior and their actions based on the responsibility, of the students, while humans are actually responsible for their own destiny.
Comparing these skills with the significance of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is mainly based on educational circles. Thus, this theory mainly relates to Abraham Maslow who suggests the potential to understand the need and can satisfy a series of needs. Thus, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs provides the teacher to dwell upon a reminder, to create a framework for the students to understand who is less likely to perform to their full potential with all the unmet basic needs.
In my opinion, I would state that I have the potential to make it implemented within the classroom. Thus, I think that this quiz and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs should help me to appreciate and can help me to understand each of the students so that I can identify their unique individualities and eventually learn about them so that they can be accepted for their responsibilities, to learn their thoughts, about their feelings and their feelings and actions. On the other hand, I even want my students to learn about Humanism, which is a practice to learn about the importance of human value and dignity. Therefore, Humanism also focuses on helping people to live well, as they can achieve their personal growth to make the world a better place.
