The composition is going to provide an analysis of the business dynamics of an organization. The organization needs the use of change management to have better profitability and innovation. These provide an organization to have better brand value and competitive advantage. The organization that is going to be used in this composition is Nokia. Nokia is a famous electronics company which is based in Finland. It has the popularity of the circulation of mobile phones to its customers. The organization has gained popularity in the European, American, and Asian markets with the dimension of satisfaction. In recent times Nokia is having some marketing issues as its competitors are circulating smartphones and iPhones to the customers. The competitors are Samsung, LG, and Motorola (, 2021). The organization decided to make technological improvements in their production. For this purpose, Nokia has been enveloped by Microsoft. Microsoft provides Windows features but it does not provide delight like the Android features. It has provided the organization with some stability issues. Then Nokia formulated its smartphones but it does make many marketing enhancements.

    Area of Change

Nokia has first identified its business issues which are providing retardation in its business dynamics. In the business dynamics of Nokia, technological improvisation is a matter of focus. This technological improvisation has been obtained by its competitors and they are gaining profits. Nokia decided to make changes in the organizational structure. Then the organization decided to make some reformulations and reformations based on the classification of the stakeholders. Nokia decided to rely on dignity with Microsoft but it failed (Spector, 2007, p.7). Then the organization is dedicated to making its own self-formulations of products which does not provide much success like its past times. Reducing this brand enhancement based on minimization can be resolved if Nokia provides organizational changes in the technological dimension. It is required for Nokia to make circulation through the ideas of the competitors. In this case, this concept can be considered as mutual collaboration. Competitors will provide a hint of commitment to Nokia which can provide enhancement of better brand value to the organization. Bringing new employees and members can help Nokia to resolve its issues. It is essential for Nokia to provide value-proposition in their products which can help to increase the magnitude of their business dynamics.

    The people Involved

In the change management of Nokia, the CEO, and other board members are involved. In this case, many employees of the organization are considered as a matter of focus. Considering the value of Nokia it needs its marketing popularity in the ideal form which can help to make a better competitive advantage in the mobile phone markets (Spector, 2007, p.70). The people involved in this case, are demanding reformulations and reformations. They are also provoking collaboration with the competitors to have better induced technological knowledge. It can help Nokia to have a better synthesis of production in the electronic marketing cosmos.

    Desired Behaviors

The board members of Nokia have been focusing on organizational change management. It provides the organization to have a scope of betterment with the prevailing needs in the markets. It has been understood that change in Nokia is a concerning need. The business manipulators have understood that change implementation is also a concern. It provides the enhancement of the main utility which is the increase in the rate of efficiency. Nokia has decided to make parallel improvements in its productivity (Spector, 2007, p.101). The efficiency is modulated by the use of proper strategies which are needed to enforce competitive advantage. Nokia has understood that change implementations are the dynamics that are induced by the organizational leaders to enhance strategic renewal and it provides better stability. The members of Nokia have conducted proper research and studies which provides a way for the organization to have better improvisations. It also helps to know the demands of prevailing customers. Nokia has understood that strategic renewal is the need for the organization and it is the change in the strategy of the organization which is combined with the new business model, new markets, and new products and facilities. It can provide Nokia with better marketing enhancements with a proper magnitude of success. Nokia has understood that marketing ideas and knowledge have to be improvised. It has been verified that relying on traditional marketing methodologies and productivity dynamics can provide issues in the competitive advantage. Nokia has learned its needs from the study of its competitors. It has decided to make enhancements in the electronic dimension. It provides the understanding that Nokia has to provide more customer-friendly features in its products. It is based on the needs of the customers in the prevailing markets. Nokia is providing relinquishing ideologies based on marketing knowledge to the stakeholders to make the change management efficient. Nokia has introduced smartphones but it does not provide many easy features like its competitors. It has done its job but it needs more examination to understand the key features which the customers want. These key features are being provided by its customers which are Samsung, LG, and Motorola. It is essential for Nokia to have parallel use of marketing knowledge and competitive strategies to have better circulation in the electronics markets. The productivity of Nokia is a popular thing and this has to be circulated among the customers so that the customer can make friendly enhancements to the products and services of Nokia which can provide betterment in the business dynamics of the organization.

    Change of strategies

Nokia has made changes based on its strategic dynamics. Nokia has provided the employees and supervisors to make decisions in a democratic way. It provides better enhancement of solutions which can increase the brand popularity of Nokia. Nokia has been induced to focus on the team rather than individually and through this cohesive implementation, the productivity will increase. Concerning the technology needed for Nokia and Nokia uses this for circulating customer-friendly features. Nokia has provided efficient and skilled employees and it has helped Nokia to induce proper collaboration to have proper knowledge enhancement. Nokia has induced changes in the organizational business dynamics to have better improvisation. It provides the organization with better success which can provide efficient popularity (Spector, 2007, p.202). Nokia has its own potential, reputation, and popularity which can help the organization to reduce its issues and provide better utilities to the customers. Technological features of the products of Nokia need improvisation and it can be derived from the study of competitors. It has to be done with collaboration and commitment to have proper success. The strategic review of Nokia provides the understanding that Nokia is relinquishing in satisfaction of its stakeholders. It provides linear amplification in productivity which can bring the essence of success and popularity. Nokia is more self-dependent and efficient. It needs assistance and support through the research and studies of the competitors. Nokia is a global organization that has the potential to make proper marketing enhancements with the relevance of the technology. It provides Nokia with better brand induction through which customers can be satisfied. It also provides linear progressiveness to the organization which is essential for ensuring the brand dynamics of success.

    Use of Self

The use of self is the kind of enhancement in which individual knowledge is considered a matter of focus. I have gathered knowledge based on organizational business dynamics from my academic courses. It has provided me with knowledge of better articulation of business ideas and conceptualization. During my academic conduct, I have researched and studied in a classified way. It has provided me with a better knowledge surplus which is needed for the understanding of the business context.

I have understood that different kinds of organizations have their own strategies and methodologies which provide enhancement of modularity and efficiency. Amazon has effectively and quickly moved from the marketing of books to the offering of eBooks based on Kindle facilities. It has provided a better nomination of competitive advantage. Netflix has dominated the global DVD market and has provided videos and music based on the classified demands of the customers. Pandora has made changes in the dynamics of productivity through which the organization has made a revolution in the web-based music radio facilitates. Through this, it can be understood that organizational change is the need for success. I have understood that organizations have to collaborate in their ideas and knowledge to make the path easy for the enhancement of competitive advantage. In this case, the study of the competitors is the essential need and it provides utilization of knowledge. It is essential to consider that in many cases change management can also provide some issues. For this purpose, it is essential for the stakeholders of the organization to make calculations and examinations which can provide an understanding of the efficiency of the change management. Without the use of proper calculations, the organization cannot understand the efficiency of change management. It helps to make proper allocation of resources and needs which are induced in the change management.

I have understood that many companies around the globe have induced changes that have provided a proper dimension of success. IBM has made changes based on organizational research and it has moved from product to consulting or service company. Netflix has reduced DVD circulations and it has provided marketing evaluation which has induced the circulation of web-streaming facilities. Renault has moved its business dynamics from the local dimension of France to the international marketing dimension with ease of success and innovation. Pandora has enhanced the reduction of selling through third parties and it has moved to the direct supply to the end-users. Facebook has moved from the restricted college campus to the dimension of universal utility. From these examples, I have understood there is a need for change for organizations to have better marketing enhancement. I consider that marketing enhancement can be progressive if the organization induces better collaboration as a part of business dynamics. It can be understood that change management is the need for the organization to have success and progressiveness. It provides amplification in the business dynamics of the organization with the essence of linear balance and implications.

Through my academic conduct, I have understood that Nokia is an organization that needs change as a form of business improvement. Nokia has to implement changes in the business dynamics which is required to be induced in a classified way. The change in the business dynamics of an organization has three dimensions. These are turnaround, tools and techniques, and transformation. Through the use of turnaround, an organization improves the financial stability which is based on equilibrium in the income statement and balance sheet. The use of the techniques and tools is based on implications of the dynamics and mechanics which can provide a better standardization in the change management in the organizational business dynamics. Transformation is the feedback of the change management and it is based on the enhancement of human capabilities. Through the use of change management, an organization reduces its unwanted efforts, increases productivity and it maximizes brand value. Change management has to be induced with proper care and consideration. I think that change management is the essence of the organization to have better development. I have understood that Nokia has induced change management but it does not provide efficient success. I think that Nokia needs more marketing research and reviews through which it can make smartphones better than its competitors. It is a way through which Nokia can have a better competitive advantage. It will also provide Nokia with an increment in the magnitude of its business dynamics. I have considered that Nokia has to be linear in its approach. Nokia has to be involved in the formulations of doctrine which can help to provide marketing enhancements and modular stability. I think change management in an organization depends on the increment of marketing knowledge. It can provide a medium for evaluation through which marketing essence can be improvised based on the demands of the prevailing customers.

    Theoretical support

The change management theory has to be understood in this context. It can provide a comprehension of the business dynamics of the organization. The dynamics of change are based on acceptance, embrace, and performance. It has been classified with theoretical conceptualization by Kurt Lewin’s Model of Change. It is regarded as a simplistic model. The business dynamics of an organization can be derived from the essence of knowledge. It provides an understanding of business conduction which provides organizations to success with better stability and linearity.

Kurt Lewin’s change model provides the understanding the change required by an organization needs three methodologies. Through this methodology, the change process can be efficient. It can help the organization to change dynamics in a linear way which provides better business amplification (Lauer, 2010, p.7). The two principles of this change management model are the change process of corporate environments and the effects of the status quo in organizational changes. Lewin’s model has three steps; it provides the dynamics of the proposed change. It provides understanding and individual groups or behavior. It also provides an understanding of the organizational environment.

The first stage of Kurt Lewin’s Change model is unfreezing. It involves the breaking of the processes in a simplified form. In this stage, the resistance and group forces are considered for the understanding of the equilibrium state. It is based on determining aspects of change. It ensures proper management. It provides an understanding of the need for change.

The second step is the change. It provides the induction of organizational alterations in the business dynamics of the organization. Change provides the embracing of new things for the good ways to have stability in human considerations. It provides the stakeholders of the organization who are involved in the change management can be relinquished.

The third step is the refreeze. It provides individuals with better communication and dynamic collaboration. It provides the organization with an existing pace in the business dynamics with the considered changes. It provides embracing of new working ways which provide organizational stability in profitability and prosperity (Paton & McCalman, 2008, p.5). It also provides the organization to have a fixed model with the organizational governance structure. It provides all the stakeholders of the organization be satisfied with the methodologies and execution based on change management.

    Social responsibility of the plan

Making the individuals of the community more satisfied and reliable with the organization has to be the consideration of social responsibility. An organization has to provide welfare for the local individuals to make the uniformity of the moral and ethical essence more compassionate. Social responsibility is the good human deeds that organizational stakeholders have to perform in a collaborative way. Social responsibility is the provider of the brand reputation among the various kinds of individuals who are having hope and aspirations about the organization. It can help the organization to make a better communication stream through which the organizational prestige can be increased in a linear and progressive way that is efficient in execution.

There are some principles that provide the utilization of social responsibility by an organization in a prosperous way. These principles are developing a vision, not considering the work as a game, intense devotion, focusing on the needs of others, and maintaining organizational internal and external balance.

Developing a vision is the kind of need that an organization can induce with the use of proper decisions, rules, and regulations. It provides the organization with a better understanding of the organizational purpose. It provides an increment of sympathy for human beings. It also provides maintenance of balance between the environment and human beings.

Not considering work as a game is the discipline and focus through which stakeholders of the organization can provide efficient potential. It makes the stakeholders a proper attitude toward their work in a linear way. It makes the organization a straightforward direction that is objective-oriented (Gössling, 2011, p.7). Through this, the stakeholders can work with proportions.

Intense devotion is the kind of enhancement through which the stakeholders of the organization can perform for the betterment of human beings. It provides an organization to circulate the education, resources, and employing facilities to have better relinquishments. It is essential for the human understanding that an organization makes a profit, not for self-purpose. It provides profit for the self and others.

Focusing on the needs of others can be fostered by the organization. It provides the organization to open channels through engagement between share and care that can be enhanced. It involves the organization making campaigns in their collaborative style with specific linearity.

Maintaining organizational internal and external balance is also needed for the organization. An organization has to make itself more self-sufficient and then it circulates its assistance. The balance in the internal and external of the organization have to be maintained to have better business dynamics. It also provides the organization to be involved in the sharing of knowledge and competencies. It can be understood that it can provide a competitive advantage. It provides an increment to the business dynamics rate of prosperity. Through this, the organization increases its goodwill among human beings. Harming has to be avoided of any kind. It is required to conduct with non-violence to provide help to the weak and assistance from the strong. Through these organizations can have a better business increment in dynamic stability. It provides the organization with a proper reputation among human beings.

The composition concludes that an organization requires reformulations and reformations to have an improvement in the business dynamics. It provides the organization to have better stability and inefficiency. Nokia has been used for understanding the need for organizational change. It has provided the significance of the organizational change. Through this, the organization can improvise business dynamics. It also provides a stabilizing improvement in the business conduction of the organization. Change management is a need of an organization to have to maintain the marketing balance. It also helps to provide executions at the rate of proper efficiency.
