Solution
Week 2 Discussion
The three questions that I will ask the prospective client to help seize the opportunity and collect information for the consulting contract are listed below-
- Give some information that proves that your business is better than other competitors in the market.
- Want to know what your employees will do for getting the best result for the business?
- According to you which portion needs to be strengthened to get the best possible result?
Here I should ask about the uniqueness of the business and why the customer will choose this company over the competitors. The whole information about the business can be collected from the client, what business he wants to start and what is the uniqueness of this business. This question will help to get the full summary of the business and the whole information related to the business can be collected from the client (Purbaningtyas, 2021, p.10). Here this question will help to uncover the areas of weakness in the client business. Through this question, we can easily understand which areas need to be more focused and the client is focusing on which areas, and which portion of the area is less focused. If the strengthened portion of the business is known then it will be easy to understand whether the business will be provided profit in the future and all the information related to the business can be easily understandable (Gerner, 2018, p.15). This will help to seize the opportunity and also collect the whole information from the client.
