Based on Mester’s article, imagine your role as an employee in the Age of Talent. What will be some of the benefits and challenges of this new business environment? What skillsets might help you adapt? What pressures will you face?
Week 1 Discussion: The Age of Talent
My role as an employee in the Age of Talent is related to the proper management of the company. As the role of an employee in the Age of Talent is related to the proper management of the work so that the work can be completed properly. I am an employee of the company and the company has helped me to perform the proper management of the work and to see that all the deadlines and the work are completed within the provided time limit.
As I am joining as an employee in the Age of Talent company so there should be certain benefits and challenges which come my way and some of them are listed below-
In case of benefit
Firstly, the benefit which can be there for me as I join the company is that working with this company helps me to boast my career as I will able to learn the various thongs in the organization and it will be termed as the benefits for me in my future career as well
Secondly, the Age of Talent is a good company, and working and gaining experiences here means I will get the food recognition and the benefit and be able to learn new things as well and will be held painful for my future as well.
Thirdly working as an employee and as the management helps me to understand the work and how the work needs to be performed properly and effectively (D’Allura, 2019, p.90). The post here of mine is the management work so I can able to learn about the way of making the work properly
In case of challenges
Some benefits and challenges come my way and some of the challenges which might take place is that fiords it will become difficult to understand the company and their work because I am a new employee in the company and will take time to understand and to know the work and do it properly.
Secondly, the other challenge is to make the work and to coordinate with others as well as I know and did not know the other person as well.
The skillsets might help me to adapt
The skill set that might help me to adapt is the learning process.
Firstly, I am always open to learning new things in the work and this will help me to understand the work and to learn the work as well (Gryshova et al. 2019, p.5).
Secondly, I am a good communicator and can able to communicate and understand the other person properly
Thirdly I have always believed that the work should be get completed within time and this will help me to complete the work in the proper time.
The pressure faced
One of the most common pressures I will face is to coordinate all the people and manage the time of work because in the organization there are various employees to which the coordination is done for the work. So, there are chances that some of them might not understand the way of my work.
