Here, I would like to mention the influence of the course in order to develop my employability. Thus, these articles mainly depend on team development while working in a group and developing proper employees within the organization. Thus, this course has helped me to improve my learning skills as well as make improvements in my academics. Thus, this course has helped me to develop my verbal communication which is mainly based on the use of words that helps me to convey a message that involves proper communication skills.
I would like to mention that previously being a teacher I often faced difficulties in order to convey the different requirements based on my topic. While communicating in the parent-teacher meeting I have been facing several issues, due to my communication skills. According to Sutiyatno (2018), verbal communication which I have learned from this course has helped me to learn about effectiveness based on making improvements in my communication skills. Thus, this course has helped me to learn about the effectiveness and measures to communicate well.
Thus, this course has helped me to develop my communication skills, in order to be in a team. I would like to mention that I always try to be a part of teamwork as well as in a group. Thus, this course has helped me to develop my communication in order to develop my successful implementation along with developing the goal of the organization. Thus, this course has helped me to develop my skills in order to develop the organizational culture, so that I can be a good leader with effective communication skills while bringing forth an effort to negotiate with the conflict taking place within the organization.
Apart from this, this course is very beneficial for me, because this has helped me to learn about the effectiveness in order to be involved within a group at the workplace or at any organization. Thus, from the point of view of Sutiyatno (2018), I have learned about developing a good team relationship based on the guidelines while constructing my successful employability in order to develop a team, while enhancing the positivity based on my employees. Thus, this course has helped me to develop criteria to get involved in a group better than before. I lacked the proper capability to be in a group and work in a tea, hence, after this course, I have developed my skills to negotiate within the group
This course has helped me to convey the skills, based on a big difference between working in a group as well as within a team. Thus, this course has helped me to utilize my skills as well as my academics in order to be in a team so that I can help to reduce team conflict and motivate all my employees to be in a team. Thus, this course has helped me to learn that a group of teams mainly consists of people, where all the people can work together and can achieve a goal on their own for the organizational purpose.
This course is beneficial for me, because, this has helped me to develop my verbal communication which encompasses delivering messages and communicating well. Therefore, in order to develop my skills for further employability, and be in a group, this course has helped me to achieve the skills to work in a team and learn about a group. Thus, the main benefit which I have learned from this course is to break the complexity of verbal communication along with resolving several tasks in a particular pattern (Cahyo et al. 2001).
This course has helped me to utilize the skills in order to make plans, based on the work to which the organization shall be allocated with. Apart from this, I have learned about the time management process from this course. Previously I was very lethargic and was not able to manage my time properly. Thus, this course has helped me to understand the significance of time and has had a great impact on my time management capability.
Apart from this, this course has helped me to refine my understanding through the discussion while giving a proper explanation based on being in a team. Thus, this course has helped me to utilize my skills, in order to respond to my employees so that they can get motivation based on their skills. Alternatively, this course has helped me to learn about the difference between working in a group as well as working within a team.
From this course, I have learned to deal with the conflict between the members, who are stuck within the difficult deadline. This course has helped me to learn the significance of involving in a team. According to Duhigg et al. (2016), this course has helped me to learn about the significance of involving in a group while implementing better communication skills. Apart from this, this course has helped me to encourage equal participation while developing a proper relationship with my employees.
This course has helped me to develop my decision-making process, where previously I used to feel scared to take any decision. Hence, this course has helped me to develop my skills to focus in a team, in order to understand the roles as well as the standards of my communication skills, so that I can cooperate well within my group.
Thus this course has helped me to develop my skills to be in a group. While this has helped me to act as assistance ranging from an opinion to acknowledging my teammate’s white implementing critical thinking. While this course has helped me to develop my verbal communication skills, because, previously I used to be shy while cooperating in a group discussion. Apart from this, this course has helped me to learn how to manage myself while cooperating in a group.
In this assignment, I shall mention that as per Sangeetha & Kumaran (2018), learning about proper collaboration skills while being in a group. Thus, this has helped me to learn the academic practices which have helped me to cooperate while in a team. Thus, previously I was unable to cooperate while I was in the team, and had been facing severe difficulty due to language issues. I have developed from my limited communication skills, how to handle a dominant team while making enough discussion with them, with the knowledge of effective communication skills, to develop a balanced team, so that they function well.
Thus, this course has helped me to learn about the signs of being in a team. From this course, I have learned that I have to focus on the work culture as well as maintain the goals of being within a team. In the previous week, I surveyed a student who is defective with Down syndrome disease apart from this, I would like to mention that, I had to face several difficulties in my communication skills.
Apart from this, I would like to mention that, one of my issues was that I made too many questions in the questionnaire which appeared to be one of the wrong impacts on the members of a family. In this context, the challenge which I had to face was due to my communication barrier. Thus, I would like to mention n that after this course I have learned about the effectiveness to develop communication and collaboration skills.
Thus, this course has not only helped me to learn several things but also has helped me to initiate various things, like learning about time management, gathering efficient information based on dealing with a team, and involving myself in a group. Thus, this has helped me to be a successful educator as well as a good team holder so that all my students can communicate well within a team. This course has helped me to learn several things in order to develop my communication skills and learn about developing myself to be in a team or while cooperating with the people with whom I am coordinating, even while surveying them.
